On 28-11-2021 (Sunday), Instructors' training sessions along with Vana Vihar program was organised by Grameena Vikas Sangham at Ghanasara Village. Instructors from both Kotturu and Bhamini Mandals attended the programme. The Vanavihar started after breakfast at 9 AM in a garden of Ghanasara Village with a formal review of Grading system of the students recently implemented in VVKs and the progress of students in the basic learning methods. It was followed by a brief session of clarifying the doubts raised by the teachers and discussion regarding practical issues in running the Kendras, Later, one of the teachers of GVS core group, sri Bommali Venkataramana taught and demonstrated some activities through funny games which can be used by instructors while supporting their students in their respective Kendras to create enthusiasm and some difference. Grameen Vikas Sangham Organising Secretary, Sri Rajendra addressed the instructors via Zoom platform, and inspired them to work with more dedication and social responsibility. An hourlong session on practice of patriotic songs held after lunch. It is felt that the Vanavihar event had given more scope for the instructors to spend their quality time in an enchanting atmosphere and given a great relief from the routine besides new learning and training.
