Computer course certificates distribution ceremony at Ghanasara

Under the leadership and support of Grameena Vikas Sangham (GVS), a free computer training centre is being initiated and run in Ghanasara village of Bhamini Mandalam, Srikakulam District. Around 150 high school students of the adjacent 6 villages have successfully undergone the computer basic courses in about two years since the initial stage of COVID lockdown. As the corona epidemic diminished, a “certificate award ceremony” was held on 21st November 2021 and the certificates were presented by Sri N Srinivas Rao, Bhamini Mandal Education Officer to the students who completed the course.

Addressing to the gathering, on this occasion Srinivasa Rao said “Rural development means developing the rural areas in all aspects, GVS is conducting many useful programs for the development in the areas such as education and health for villagers. It is a great thing to provide free computer training to rural students”. Further Dr Majji Eswara Rao, Secretary of Grammen Vikas Sangham appealed more participation of the villagers to scale up and success of various GVS programs.
