GVS runs Free Tuition Centers in 21 villages for 1500 students, to enhance the basic education levels of primary and high school-going children in Kotturu, Bhamini Mandals of Srikakulam dist. Most of the students of the villages do not have minimum facilities like suitable reading rooms as they live in congested houses with their illiterate parents. Moreover, they are getting attracted to TV programs and serials, and unable to concentrate on studies. These Free Tuition Centers address the needs of school children by arranging spacious halls with enough lighting facility. They are monitored by qualified and dedicated instructors who teach the lives of the inspirational scientists, stories of great men who promote moral values and patriotic songs which are contributing to their intellectual development.Through these programs, Vidyarthi Vikasa Kendras contribute to the holistic development of students.
